Customer Service, Sales and Merchandising are a part of Daily Activities.
Detail Oriented Candidates needed for positions in our
Customer Service Department.
Preferred Requirements:
- Customer Friendly, phone friendly
- Prior Experience with Sales and Customer Service
- Knowledge of Ice Hockey, Ice Skating, Skate sharpening and fitting (Certification: eg Skaters Edge) an advantage
- Excellent Phone Skills
- Basic Computer Skills especially internet navigation
- Previous Sales Experience
- Strong Work Ethic
- Knowledge of Merchandising and Retail Software an advantage
Ideal Candidates should be able to take direction well and the desire to
complete tasks in an orderly and detailed manner reporting to the directors
Physical requirements needed to successfully perform the essential functions of the job: some lifting, bending, squatting kneeling etc.
